Questions worth answering up front

Do cheaper plans see fewer bids?: No. Every plan scans all 12 sources across roughly 200 California agencies, with the same filters and the same daily digest. How many saved projects you can run is the only difference — we’re not going to hide public information behind a tier.
What counts as a project?: A project is one saved filter set — a set of NAICS codes, certifications, counties and keywords that produces its own daily digest. Most firms run one per trade or per region.
How is this different from BidNet or ConstructConnect?: Depth in one state instead of breadth across fifty. We scrape 98 PlanetBids portals, the UC and CSU systems, transit and water districts, and Cal eProcure directly — sources a national aggregator either federates thinly or skips. And we match only on what each agency published — industry sector, set-aside language, county and your keywords — never on an AI guess.
Who am I buying from, and what shows on my statement?: RFP Scout is a service of CKKC Associates, a California consultancy. There is no separate RFP Scout legal entity, so CKKC Associates is the merchant of record and your card statement will read CKKC ASSOCIATES LLC rather than RFP Scout. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Can I change or cancel later?: Yes. Cancel any time and you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To move between tiers, email support@rfpscout.ai — upgrades take effect right away, and a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal so you keep what you have paid for until then.
